What we do
We provide feedback after an anonymous visit to your store to ensure quality control. Want to know how your staff treat customers when you’re not there? We can provide accurate feedback and have a wide range of demographics to test how every age and creed are treated on any random day and time of your choosing.
What we evaluate
We look at the whole experience from start to finish. Things that help us make our decision when giving a score are things such as first impression, how the staff greet the customer, how well the staff know, explain and understand the products or services available. We look at the cleanliness or the and the toilets if applicable. The quality of customer service and the overall experience.
What you will receive
You will receive a written and detailed report whether good or bad. You can expect a service score and detailed reasons why. We will also offer suggestions on how to improve and relevant training where applicable. If you are receiving bad google reviews or you just want to know exactly why customers may not be returning.
Pricing
Pricing can vary dependant on the length of the experience and if it is only an enquiry. Average pricing starts from £120 for a in-store experience. Restaurants and eateries are charged a higher rate. We also offer phone call services for a much cheaper rate if you need to know how your staff are answering the phones and how helpful they are.
